Purity: a concept common in history
That I maintained with patience
Awaiting for the right soul
To return the selfless love
I donate to a worthy being
Pleasing me on their hands and knees
But you promised me love and safety
In the cobweb of masqueraded lies
That revealed itself
In the delayed horrors of heartbreak
Loathe me, liar, love me well
O the nights of lonely panicking
As you laughed with friends
And possibly...
Committed things without shame
Mourn me, ****** me, blame me
I extinguish this flame
Of what could've been us;
If I could rewind time,
I'd be happy and lovely
But even if I didn't,
Love remains with me always.
