and i trusted them so I did
logic, reasoning, wisdom
a goodbye a bid.
A goodbye that would seal the letter
that pronounced the death of
my trust
my hope
my love
my comfort
even my sanity.
So to all who offer you the "advice " to follow
your heart ,
although their intentions may be pure ,
just know . The goodbyes are coming .
