Awake

A muse, a light, my cigarette,

They dance about, with silhouettes.

It's blurred, a fuss, but staying close,

Moving yet without repose.

Still, the night, a golden trove.

Without its sentiment to loathe,

Outright and forth, forgetful worry,

We'll go, but soft, and without hurry.

Away, away, you'll stay, I'll stay,

With all your thoughts and dreams at bay.

In cool night, this sweet reverie,

For this is all I'll ever be.

A dream awoke, your wish downcast,

I am not your whole love, at last.

The truth will come, but waking soon,

We'll never come to reach full bloom.

Your love is lost, emotions gone,

All because it is now dawn.
