Inside the tiny flower of my lonely soul God planted seeds long ago Waiting to sprout in the narrow roads and byways As sorrowful rains fell upon my life Germinating in the darkness as it covers my soul In forms of depression Lined in blackness of pure gold These seeds lie in the dark tunnels of my soul Slowly pushing Pulsating my life Struggling through the darkness to reach a great light As God slowly takes a seed and brings each word to life Digging the soil of my soul Finding the seeds planted long ago Turning the ground in the dark tunnels down below Till the seeds sprout and begin to grow Through God's hands my soul turns Struggling with life But above all I know he is my light Turning always turning the soil of my life Till I reach through the darkness for his wonderful light. ;]
