Stranded on a rock in the middle of the Pacific, mother nature shows her furry; and it is truly magnificent. it is rather interesting that the simple sound out my window brings such peace. it elicits a calming sensation that quells my worries. a natural occurrence that rejuvenates the earth, allowing for the growth of new life. in regards to its existence, it is both feared and loved. in regards to its presence, it is both despised and desired. yet its glorious sound cannot be matched; no instrument can replicate, for it is unique. as my mind slowly drifts, the day comes to an end, and the storm continues to rage; as I fall asleep, my mind is filled with the nostalgic sound, of rain.
