You're not my friend If you hide the truth from me, And watch me enmeshed by pride. You're not my friend If you feed me with lies, And keep me off the right path. You're not my friend If you bawl when I succeed, And throw a party when I flop. You're not my friend If you love to see me blub, And loathe to make me beam. You're not my friend If you only speak love, And fail to portray your words.

YOU ARE NOT MY FRIEND
You're not my friend If you hide the truth from me, And watch me enmeshed by pride. You're not my friend If you feed me with lies, And keep me off the right path. You're not my friend If you bawl when I succeed, And throw a party when I flop. You're not my friend If you love to see me blub, And loathe to make me beam. You're not my friend If you only speak love, And fail to portray your words.
To encourage the purpose of true friendship
