and i agree, it's a beautiful day.
i can see it, but i can't feel it,
my mind drags my body deeper.
so full of dark, i can't feel the heat
from the light
so bright it blinds.
mocking my melancholy with every ray
as my mind strays.
and i can't rhyme it with "together"
but i TRY.
and that's more than you can say
as you stand and gaze
as life passes on by.
