50 minutes

Minutes after

The hour nearly past

I wonder how long

How long will this last?

Sawdust in my eyes

Awoken by breakfast smells

Should I even try?

Old quotations in my sky

I'm sitting

Wondering

Why?

I realize.

I must not lie.

Minutes after

The hour has passed.

I wonder how long this will last

It's wet.

The next stone

I must move on

Before I know it

It will be gone.
