I find myself wishing the world would end, Because I would be free of the future, My tall shadow would be my only friend. All this pain would just be an overture, Survival drowns out my current torture. I would be rebuilt in the aftermath, The apocalypse would be the suture For my broken heart, it would be a bath, Washing away all my pain, hurt, and wrath. Too hungry to hunger, too thirsty to thirst, No obstacles of the mind in my path, I’d be my best, while the world’s at its worst. I’d be free to express all my self-worth; I’ll be free at last, when there’s Hell on Earth
