I still remember that day, When our eyes first met. You were slightly blushing, While telling your name. Your curls were brushing your cheeks, Maybe you bewitched me with the technique. And the way you smiled, When our eyes got locked, Oh,heaven it was enough to steal my heart. Maybe it was serendipity's desire, To see you in that bride's attire. Everyday felt like a beautiful dream, Where I was a lover and you were my queen. Everything seemed to be better, To think we were only for each other. Who knew mere fantasy just played with me, The way you behaved with others, Was always as same as me. Thought you were a soul who liked to be free. It was all fine until the reality hit me. My heart shattered into pieces, Realized I was a fool in love, And you, the mastermind, were, Playing the game of hide and seek all along.
