That theory died out with hanging paper clips Clinching yellowed notepads in their skinny fists Shouting praises to Everclear to the heavens. I don't remember when this poem was written exactly, but it was never written to be presented in front of a crowd. Something feels like it may be lost in translation from the pen to the open floor. I do, however, hope you enjoy it.
