I can see him blush I think he’s got a crush I know he’s staring at me From the corner of my eye I can see heads turning I know their whispering I watch them giggling From the corner of my eye Her hopes are dead I know she cried in bed I watch her turn red From the corner of my eye I pretend I don’t know These seeds I won’t sow I will just let it go From the corner of my eye. -Zainab Attari
