Those born to slander
are the swine of their
own destruction
They implant the grain of sand
as an irritant
into the oyster shell
The only defense the creature has is to cover it
with the truth
Soon its own substance turns it into a pearl
A pearl of patience , gentleness and long suffering
That might be amplified
to overcome the malicious evil installed to harm the innocent
