Communication

“I love you.”

“Please don’t ever leave.”

“Keep me warm tonight and always.”

“I need you to share my bed, here with me.”

“You are the comfort, solace and complement of my life.”

All this is most eloquently expressed, all at once,

by nudging your spouse between the shoulder blades

with your forehead, while uttering

a few soft grunts,

with closed lips.
