And what was that?

No one bothered asking my opinion

when the water tower bent and swayed with the wind.

We sat up there for long hours,

waiting.

For what, I am not sure.

But I stayed there with them during those hours and when finally

the question was raised,

as it always was,

no one asked me

nor did I care.
