His love is an ocean and I am drowning. Every second his heart beats is another tidal wave, bringing me under and as I sink, I think of all the things I am terrified of believing in, such as love. The deeper I sink, the louder my depression sings the feeling I thought I had forgotten returns. I begin to take comfort in my suffering, and as I sink into my sorrow, I hear your voice and know that I am loved, and for once, I stop trying to swim. -i.h
