I gathered like a collector, And put them all together Like a piggy bank that's dear I held them close too near. The Waves may clam what's written on sand , and so i carved them safely on the land. Structures may change when the clay is moist. So in kiln I baked for them to be poised. All these efforts went in vain. The carvings submerged , The potteries damaged. Yet I stand here in pain. Why you met me? I don't know. What did I lose ? I don't know. I stand vanquished with no more stories And thief you stand there stealing my memories!

The Memory Stealer - Alzheimer
