I don’t remember the price of love How much to spend, how much in reserve The cost is high, that much I know A pair of hearts, two souls, one wildcard Riding a road that always has curves Why does love have to cost so much Nickles and dimes, dollars and sense Too much pain for one little smile Too many secrets, as time goes by Love dreams for the present tense 3/13/26

One Little Smile
I don’t remember the price of love How much to spend, how much in reserve The cost is high, that much I know A pair of hearts, two souls, one wildcard Riding a road that always has curves Why does love have to cost so much Nickles and dimes, dollars and sense Too much pain for one little smile Too many secrets, as time goes by Love dreams for the present tense 3/13/26
Looking back on love.
