The silence comes, the silence goes The darkness stays and she enfolds Gone are the loud voices that speak Here now is the unknown, the unanswered, the unweak She feels the depth, the search, the soul Though she longs to growl and run and roar She feels abandoned by who, by she Yet continues to sit in a silent seek The darkness continues to grow and grow & she’s lost in a tumble that goes and goes and out of nowhere the float commences she’s hit with a stillness, she’s thoughtful & pensive This is the crack where the light breaks through And it touches her heart, her lungs, her soul It lifts her to a place on high oer high there’s no describing she’s beyond the skies And so she awakens, she arises, she transforms As it’s always darkest before the dawn..
