"Love at first sight" was merely a saying until I met you,
On the New Year's Eve, I saw you the first time,
the lights and colours in the sky reflected on your face so bright,
when you caught me staring at you, my heart skipped a beat,
My celebration started the moment your eyes met mine,
the warmth of your smile felt like the dawn has arrived,
for a while I was living a fairy tale that I never wanted to end.
Even today I say, was it a dream or was it true?
