— The Lonely Traveler — #poetrybywes ©️ Wesley West What happened to the late night calls and the texts after dark? You try to fill the void; without me? I gave you the choice of love when all you had was the thought of taking your life. You ought to know by now I came for more than thighs and cracks. Being in the streets everyday might have veiled my eyes from the pain hidden inside of you. I'll tour around this city, alone this time, Completing the journey of my unfinished dreams. I'm not a stranger to loneliness.
