As i lay awake, instead of counting sheep i count the never ending mass of scars engraved in my skin, and i come to realize, life's not fair at least for most it isn't it greets you with a laugh and a smile and takes you step by step up the ladder of life until it pulls the ladder from beneath you and leaves you hanging to watch everything crumble around you.

counting scars
