For every day She closed her eyes Deciphered the realm beyond Far away lay a tale Of her man Vignettes of the bond. Tryst of the destiny Brought kingdoms together And souls of love depart With one show of hand Truth poured out of heart. So much for love Of power and influence So much for desire Of happiness and prosperity Looking for overpowering winter That she had learned to hate She settled for the summer.
