Morning light...

The morning light has broken

Shed light on my broken heart

All while shedding hope, peace and promise

I've always heard that things will look different in the morning

How true that saying is today

A glimpse of hope, peace and promise

That glimpse being nurtured by the sunlight

Hopefully growing with the days oxygen and Vitamin D

If not just for today, perhaps eternity
