The Terminal Velocity: V= sqrt ( 2W ÷ Cd p A) of your mini van, is a whopping 85 MPH! due to the Drag Equation: D = Cd p V√ A ÷ 2 proving drag/resistance to be too powerful for the 119hp engine in your 3,420 lb van to accelerate beyond the 85 MPH barrier, or perhaps you simply have a rev limiter on your ride. If you wanted to increase your momentum (p) but not alter your top speed capabilities, what could you add to your vehicle before beginning an acceleration to your destination?
