I envy bare trees in the relentless winter. I envy their stillness, listlessness, the slowness of it all… I envy them. I desire still, calm slow life. Why was i born? I am human, I couldn’t envy if not. Still I envy to be something else, something abstract. Maybe, a concept only meant for short perception and consumption. I am envy.
