One, who comprehends the Tao, can begin to emulate the Tao, and, thus, must expend less mortal Energy to attain more elevated ends. This tends to translate to less stress, less strife; to more harmony and happiness: Tao is not God (except, perhaps, metaphorically); Tao is merely the Way. Tao is how and why. Tao is because is is.
