Mind flashing colors
Reds, Blues, yellow
Sounds overpowering
Lights bright, breaking
Through the darkness
Of safe, sanity, sleep.
I inhale, lungs take all in
Gasping, hands reaching out
Into the cob-webs of my very being
Dragging me under its influence
Move to the left, right, middle
Trapped.. No where to go
Nothing to bring me to safety.
Of what lies within..
The mind of insanity.
