manners make the man
and the woman too
but how are the manners made?
manners are made through education
through learning from life’s hard knocks
manners are made when we strive away
even when the going gets rough
manners are made when we choose to create
when everything is turning to dust
manners are made when we cheer the day
when we seem out of luck
manners are not about being polite
not just about etiquette
manners are about attitude
about giving the world your best!
