Faraway Friend

A tear for you, my distant friend,

The bond we share will never end,

One day, I know, we'll meet again,

Although I know not how or when.

A tear for you, my long-lost kin,

The years have left us in a spin,

One day, I know, we'll share our days,

And watch the sunset's fading rays.

A tear for you, my loving friend,

The pain we've felt will one day mend,

One day, I know, we'll reunite,

For this I pray with all my might.
