I have been to many places in my life. I have watched sunsets dissolve into distant horizons. I have stood beneath skies crowded with stars. I have wandered through moments that people spend entire lifetimes chasing. Yet none of them ever felt quite like home. Then I found your arms. And suddenly, I understood why people spend years searching for a place where their soul can finally rest. Because your arms were never just a part of you. They became my shelter when storms gathered inside me. My warmth on nights the world felt unbearably cold. My silence when words could no longer carry what my heart was trying to say. My refuge when life became too heavy to hold alone. In your embrace, the noise of the world fades into the distance. The future loosens its grip on my fears. The past releases its ghosts. Time slows down and forgets to rush. And for a little while, nothing else exists except the quiet miracle of two hearts beating in the same rhythm. I have learned that home is not always a place on a map. Sometimes, it is a heartbeat. Sometimes, it is a voice. Sometimes, it is the feeling of being held and knowing you do not have to fight the world alone. If love has an address, I think I found it. Not in a city. Not in a house. Not beneath a sky full of stars. But in a place where my restless heart finally learned how to stay. A place called your arms.
