Oh the curse to not forget “Curse?” You may ask Yes cursed are those that regret Those that are tormented by themselves As each moment is replayed Time stretched to its eternity For all it to be seconds While torrents flow of your memory If these files could just clear Grant what people call serenity To live free and be a me Not stuck in memories Though a flow that moves to itself The body bleeds Draining all energy Corpsing any human entity As To forget is to free Free from all this agony No more replays of the torn words through the heart Or worse yet, the moments we believed were existent for eternity It's best to accept That, Not a face will leave this grasp Not a moment will go unpacked All seconds will be in the count Scaring the face underneath the mask As I basque in the sail of my memory I smile Forgetting how different my face used to be Freeing myself from my memory
