Kind of Blue Marble

progress lies in stewardship

appreciation of status quo

enough over more

coexistence over competition

music creation was our apex

a blend of emotion and nature

form over dysfunction

symbiosis over subjugation

becoming tone deaf was our failure

a collective unconsciousness

dissonance over harmony

dissociation over concert

now much less green in blue

so what, you carelessly speak

but we have earthly promises to keep

and more Miles to go before we sleep
