Is it weird to say I want to die but with you?
I want to leave my body,
I don’t like this and I don’t want to feel this,
But you love me and I love you,
So I want to die with you.
Nothing ever fits these days,
Not in the way it used to,
But I fit right into your arms,
And that’s all I want,
Everything else feels so unnecessary,
So I want to die with you.
I want our blood to mix as our bodies lie on the floor,
I want our bones to break synchronously,
I want people to see the life leave our eyes simultaneously,
So I want to die with you.
So then our spirits can ascend together,
We can live in death without being held down by the expenses of our lives,
All I want is you and no more or less,
So I want to die with you.
It used to be that I wanted to die,
But now it’s with you,
It’s like that saying “we should be alone together,”
But a little more disturbed,
So I want to die with you,
So we can live forever.
