You left me hanging on the road years ago whispered goodbye and never returned home My heart crumbled into pieces as I go along crying in tears like there is no tomorrow Never thought that this nightmare won’t end as the pain floats and no one can mend Emptiness lies beneath my hollowed soul until a soft knock touched my door There you are, standing pale and tall waiting for my voice who speaks nothing at all You grab my hand and say “Sorry, Marvy… Can I come home with you, baby?”

Coming Home
You left me hanging on the road years ago whispered goodbye and never returned home My heart crumbled into pieces as I go along crying in tears like there is no tomorrow Never thought that this nightmare won’t end as the pain floats and no one can mend Emptiness lies beneath my hollowed soul until a soft knock touched my door There you are, standing pale and tall waiting for my voice who speaks nothing at all You grab my hand and say “Sorry, Marvy… Can I come home with you, baby?”
