What if I told you The skin you're in At this moment Is the only reason This Earth Hasn't collapsed into a Cold Fetal position? What fire have we started Searing your sweet scent brands my nostrils I pray You stay burned into my retinas Sweating I thirst for your abrazo calído. The heat that rises The corners of your smile A balance I desire To melt me When I am frozen in your presence. Ifeanyi N. Okoro II @ © 2018
