Surreal Vision

It's dreams that keep you near

And oh how I wish

That your eyes would hold me dear

But I feel your  radiance, oh the demise

You pull away and dissipate

I scream the truth, my heart tells me lies

Fading quick, but one last breath

The mark of passion

Gone. As if it never held me like that

The whisper of a thought

Forever etched inside

Oh how it'd be beautiful

To hold your eyes...
