I love the emphasis on choice.  That we are the ones who limit ourselves, and ultimately the ones who can set ourselves free.  And I also think it is a well-timed and appropriate poem, given current events in the world.  Thank you for writing it.

how beautifully you said it!
like a cattle tied to a pole the mind accepts/imposes limitations
but the wisdom to seek the limitless beyond must come
from within oneself, and the prompt has to be put as a seed beforehand which points to the love for luminance,
and karmas to that effect
only if one is ready to walk a lonely road, with guidance..
of course there are paths , varied and divers..
