Love in my heart, a song for my sorrows,
a place in my heart where she and I can be together.
As time goes on, my love goes farther
can cupids arrow shoot any further?
When I see her, my heart jumps like hurdlers,
I wonder if we’re meant to be together
What happens when the ice meets the flame,
in a wintery wildfire will true love blossom?
Or will it fade with steam to a place unseen?
The glow of her light, makes my soul shine bright,
all through this long night, love is powerful some call it might,
and with this I fight for the love that brightens my life.
I keep love alive cause without it im dead
Sometimes I get lost in this world and trapped in my head.
But I keep you in the light so I know you’re there.
