as followers of Jesus,
we will be rejected.
but we need to be reminded
that Jesus was martyred, murdered,
whipped, lashed, spat on, and condemned
for being the Son of God.
as it says in john 15v18:
"if the world hates you,
know that it has hated Me
before it hated you."
don't be ashamed of
being a son or daughter of God.
we aren't called to be like the world.
