I took a journey on a trail , and
along the way I got lost .
On this path each step becomes so familiar , the stride ,the sounds,the smell even the taste of the morning mist ,
there is comfort on the path that slowly turns hypnotic and then it happens , the soul , the mind , the heart lost to the journey
