My tears flow
like a river
running
through
pain. that's all I feel
tears pouring
like a heavy rain
why am I so hurt inside
tears aren't stopping
should I rush to shore
safety I my needs
would I drown
body would flow
by the tears of my soul
I hurt deeply and sad
no matter what
I'll see is nothing more
except
heavy tain storm to wash out
the life within
let go and drown in empty
