My breath bounced off her face, She was fragrant and warm. Looking into the blank wall, She sat shivering in my arms. There was light enough to see, Just enough to see. There were questions; answers, too. As she sat shivering my arms. Her dreams were honest, Calm danced around her brow. I talked incessantly of winds and trees, But look, she's asleep now.
