Staring in the snow,
Watching the cold,
Feeling alone,
Cooing the crows,
I’ve seen death,
I’ve experienced betrayal,
I’ve isolated myself,
and I’ve still felt alone,
God gives me my purpose,
Alex gives me life,
But despite it all I live in strife,
God has spoken,
Destiny has laughed,
I’m alone for now,
But the time will come,
And god shall smile and all will be done.
