I sit and watch the sunrise Over a gnarled begotten place Drained of life and substance Lingering on the edge of space You sit and watch the sunset 'Cross a friendly vibrant place Where life moves ever onward And time just gathers pace We'll sit and watch the sun rise In a place we know not yet Life and time will seem eternal As we sit and watch sun set

Sunrise to Sunset
I sit and watch the sunrise Over a gnarled begotten place Drained of life and substance Lingering on the edge of space You sit and watch the sunset 'Cross a friendly vibrant place Where life moves ever onward And time just gathers pace We'll sit and watch the sun rise In a place we know not yet Life and time will seem eternal As we sit and watch sun set
