down the hall often screams “i will be reborn tonight i will be reborn tonight” sometime around 6pm //during nights like these i am inclined to believe her // she wears her baths like a hollow womb and she lives in this hallway like a tumor // some nights i witness her metamorphosis in black lace // she never will let me hold her after // i live in this hallway like i haven't learned how // to escape //with nothing but her absence to cling to // i am left with a mind screaming // tonight, i am reborn // tonight, i am reborn //
