A Teenage Lament

I feel out of place

Loneliness is hard to bear

My friends are not here

I am forgotten

My old friends are gone for good

Not even a call

If I had one friend

One true friend to stay with me

Things might be different

My old friends are gone

No chance for new friendship comes

I am all alone
