i’ve told my family all about you, i told them how you carried a type of beauty they’ve never seen, and how you never failed to make me laugh, how often i spoke about you, i’m sure it had driven them insane. my favorite thing to share, was about your heart. i spoke about the way you loved with such depth and the kindness you carried for all, even if you were hurting. you had such a large heart, and you used it to help others, even when you didn't realize. but what i personally didn’t realize, was that your heart could hold more than just me, and slowly, it carried us to the end, leaving me on my own.

too large of a heart
