Jealousy is just an emotion

The communication

I love this. Also, jealousy is completely valid! I'm new to Poly but one of the first things I learned is that your feelings / emotions are valid. Jealousy included. It takes a long time to get to compersion (if ever) - and I'm not there yet! Just communicate, locate what makes you jealous, let your partner know you're experiencing and dealing with it, and figure out what healthy ways can alleviate it. Love on!
