The color of souls, undivided How long have your lips known mine? Known the tempo of my ego? The cadence of my conscience? You are half sky, half river Wide open and winding Mischief around the bend And sapphire as far as the eye can see It’s you who painted the heavens, my love! Can’t you see? My heart lives in your fleeting blue Your civil twilight Forever
